Ms. Atisa is an economist with vast experience in economic policy and formulation. She has worked at the National Treasury and sits on many Boards as an Alternate to the PS. 
Ms. Atisa holds a Master's Degree in Economics, a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics, and a post-graduate diploma in education from the University of Nairobi.
