Hon. Susan Auma Mang’eni, CBS is the Principal Secretary State Department of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development under the Ministry of Cooperative and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). She is a governance and development expert with close to 15 years experience in both the private and public sectors in areas of strategic leadership, public policy formulation, analysis and implementation, enterprise development, institutional building, oversight, and youth and women empowerment.

Prior to her current appointment, Hon. Susan Mang’eni served on the Boards of the Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF), Kenya Institute of Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) and The Competition Tribunal of Kenya. She was also a member of the Working group on the socio-economic audit of the constitution of Kenya 2010, under the office of the Auditor General.
